1. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
2. OTE potential of up to £33,600 with bonuses
3. Working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
4. No weekends required, with overtime available if desired

Duties Of The Tyre Fitter:
8. Replacing and repairing vehicle tyres efficiently and safely
9. Carrying out precise wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
10. Managing tyre deliveries and ensuring all stock is accurate
11. Conducting insurance-related tyre inspections, including photos and tread assessments
12. Staying updated with the latest tyre legislation and repair techniques
13. Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Candidate Specification For The Tyre Fitter Role:
14. Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance and repair
15. Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or similar role preferred
16. Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and wheel alignment procedures
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
19. Computer literacy for operating workshop systems
20. Passion for automotive craftsmanship and excellent customer service skills
21. Experience with Hunter wheel alignment systems is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided
