We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of around 90 active accounts, including long-standing independent customers and key cash & carry partners. You’ll be the face of the brand on the ground; managing relationships, taking orders, running reports, and uncovering ways to grow sales through smart cross-selling and exceptional customer service.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out there, understanding their customers, and spotting opportunities others might miss.
If you’ve worked in FMCG (ideally food or drink with experience in world foods) and love combining commercial drive with people skills, this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of independent and wholesale customers across your territory
* Delivering against sales and profit targets while providing first-class account management
* Identifying and opening new accounts, with strong focus on route-to-market development
* Using data and reporting tools to plan and review performance
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
* Proven FMCG field sales experience – food, drink or world foods background highly desirable
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering against targets
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own journey plan
* Full UK driving licence
