Bespak are looking for a Group FP&A Manager for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this is between £65k-£75k plus a discretionary annual bonus. This is a group role covering our Kings Lynn and Holmes Chapel site so will involve travel to the sites when needed. There is a car allowance for this role. As the Group FP&A Manager, you will support the FP&A Director in understanding Bespak's financial performance and providing insights to senior management and other key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include coordinating budgeting and forecasting efforts across finance teams and analysing business performance against targets. You will develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making, including long-term plans and ad hoc finance projects. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in preparing clear communications and insightful presentations for various stakeholders. As a Group FP&A Manager, your duties will include: Coordinating budgeting and forecasting requirements across finance teams. Analysing business performance against budget and prior year. Developing long-term strategic financial planning models. Providing robust financial support for various ad hoc projects. Preparing insightful financial communications and stakeholder presentations. Supporting finance initiatives and data alignment activities Travelling between the Kings Lynn and Holmes Chapel sites Group FP&A Manager, desirable key skills and experience: Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant status achieved. Post-qualification experience operating successfully within industry. Strong commercial mindset with demonstrable business understanding. Proven ability presenting to and influencing senior leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship building skills. Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail. Driving licence to travel between sites (The role includes a car allowance). Basic DBS required following conditional offer of employment.
