Job Description
Location: 37 New Road, Whittlesey
Cedar Court Residential Care is currently seeking Maintenance Person who is passionate and enthusiastic about developing a career within maintenance and care.

Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
* Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders
* Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Requirements
About The Role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
* Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
* Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and address their concerns
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
* Basic welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication work
* Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is a plus
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Ability to supervise and provide guidance to other maintenance personnel when necessary.
