Mid-Level Software Engineer (Hybrid – Glasgow)
We are hiring for a fast-growing UK tech company that has built its own digital platform used by organisations across essential sectors.
The company is scaling their engineering team and looking for a solid mid-level developer who can work on improving and building web-based systems.
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – mix of office + home)
Full-Time Role
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain web applications
Write clean, scalable code
Fix bugs and improve system performance
Work closely with product and internal teams
Help improve overall user experience
What They're Looking For:
Strong experience in Java, Python, or C#
Experience with .NET or Django
Good understanding of web development
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
Comfortable using Git
Strong problem-solving skills
Bonus (Not Mandatory):
Experience working on internal platforms
Exposure to structured or regulated industries
