About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and sports-savvy Customer Support Agent based in Panama to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who understands sports betting, follows major US sports (especially the NFL and NBA), and can provide high-quality customer support during live events.
In addition to customer support, you will also be responsible for posting real-time, in-game updates across our social media channels—bringing energy, accuracy, and insight to live sports moments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide live customer support via chat/email during sporting events
• Assist users with betting-related queries, account issues, and general support
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English at all times
• Monitor live games and understand context to better assist customers
• Post real-time in-game updates across social media channels (e.g., key plays, scoring updates, betting angles)
• Ensure posts are timely, engaging, and aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate with internal teams on messaging during live events
• Escalate issues when necessary and maintain accurate records of interactions

Requirements
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – this is essential
• Proven customer service experience (online support preferred)
• Strong knowledge of sports betting (markets, odds, terminology)
• Passion for US sports, especially NFL and NBA
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and game times
• Comfortable posting on social media in real-time with accuracy and speed
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and calm under pressure

Compensation
For Panama-based contractors, a competitive and realistic hourly range is:
$6 – $10 USD per hour, depending on experience and betting knowledge.
• Entry-level with some experience: ~$6–$7/hr
• Strong betting + customer support experience: ~$8–$10/hr
