Main Duties: As a Assistant Management Accountant your main duties include: * Responsible for all Balance Sheets and ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations completed monthly * Contributing to the preparation of management accounts * To drive continuous improvement in the finance function with emphasis on controls and improvement of existing processes * Identify areas where the business can be more efficient and improve existing Purchase and Sales Ledger procedures * Point of contact for Auditors and completion of statutory accounts * Ensure compliance is up to date for HMRC and Companies House * Daily transactional processing * Preparing accruals and prepayments * Supporting with VAT and tax returns * Ensuring compliance with financial processes.
