HR Systems Assistant
Our leading international law firm client is hiring a HR Systems Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.

This role would be perfect for someone with at least one year of HR data entry experience and a good understanding of general HR policy and processes, with a strong interest in HR Information Systems, looking to further their career within a highly successful US law firm.
HR Systems Assistant Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the firm’s HR System, ensuring data quality and consistency
* Support the HR team with data processing for key employee lifecycle events including onboarding, contract changes, absence, and leavers
* Ensure all HRIS data entry and updates are completed in a timely manner
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data flow
* Assist in regular data audits and integrity checks, flagging and resolving inconsistencies
* Generate HR reports as needed for internal stakeholders
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR data processes and documentation

HR Systems Assistant Skills & Requirements:
\n
* At least one year of HR data entry experience of general HR administration
* Keen interest in HR systems and data management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Knowledge of GDPR and HR data confidentiality requirements
* Experience with MS Visio or Workday is desirable, but not essential
