Position Description
This role combines strategic HR business partnering with benefits and fleet management for Elanco’s UK and Ireland operations, in partnership with third-party providers. Responsibilities include managing benefit and fleet programs, providing HRBP support to designated groups, leading HR projects, and supporting Irish payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. UK & Ireland Benefits Management:
* Manage and administer employee benefits programs (pensions, insurance, healthcare, flexible benefits, leave policies, wellness).
* Partner with providers to evaluate and select benefit offerings, balancing competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
* Oversee annual flexible benefit renewal, portal updates, testing, and communication.
* Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and documentation are in place.
* Coordinate benefit choices with compensation, HCM, and payroll systems.
* Collaborate on benefit cost accounting, accruals, and invoicing.
* Act as Tier 2 contact for employee benefit questions.
* Lead UK defined contribution pension scheme governance.
1. UK & Ireland Fleet Program:
* Own fleet policy, ensuring compliance and stakeholder collaboration.
* Manage relationship with fleet provider, SLA compliance, and issue escalation.
* Manage fleet report updates, communicate with payroll, and support invoice resolution.
* Oversee annual fleet insurance renewals.
* Manage e-driving program with third-party provider and H&S team.
2. HRBP Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support, advice, and guidance to managers.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, legal compliance, engagement initiatives, and compensation processes.
* Participate in HR projects and activities.
3. Additional Responsibilities:
* Support Irish payroll data input.
* Partner on well-being programs and educational seminars.
* Collaborate on HR policies related to employee benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in HR Business Partnering and employee benefits.
* Knowledge of employee benefits market trends.
* Benefits management and administration skills.
* CIPD qualification or active pursuit.
Additional Preferences
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
* Flexible and adaptable to diverse tasks.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
