Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Maidstone with opportunities to work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and creating strategies to achieve company growth targets. This role entails preparing proposals, delivering presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients. Additionally, the role includes monitoring market trends and ensuring client satisfaction to support retention and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
* Strong negotiation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills
* Market research, data analysis, and strategic planning expertise
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
* Experience in the security or facilities management sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
