CNC Miller - Night Shift
South Kirkby | £18.60-£21.00 per hour (inc. 20% night shift uplift) | Permanent | Nights
A globally recognised business in South Kirkby that designs and builds bespoke staging, set pieces, and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry is looking for a CNC Miller for its night shift. You'll be producing precision components for major tours, concerts, and live events worldwide – interesting and varied work.
What you'll be doing:
* Setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Programming at the machine where applicable
* Producing precision components to tight tolerances for bespoke entertainment projects
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
What you need:
* Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Ability to work from engineering drawings
* Fanuc controls preferred – other controls considered
* Fusion 360 knowledge beneficial
* Comfortable working nights independently

£18.60-£21.00 per hour (£15.50-£17.50 base + 20% night shift uplift)
Nights: 20:00-06:00 Monday to Thursday
