We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently and on time. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager, with responsibility for a team of supervisors, team leaders and specialists (5–8 direct reports).
As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a critical part in shaping long‑term planning, improving performance and building a resilient, future‑focused supply chain.
Job Requirements
* Lead mid‑and long‑term capacity planning based on customer demand and sales forecasts
* Provide early visibility of risks to customer care and sales teams
* Work closely with suppliers and partners to resolve constraints and maintain flow
* Own monthly SIOP reviews, ensuring clarity of demand, inventory and supply
* Optimise inventory through effective MRP parameter management
* Drive decisions on supply plans with plant leadership
* Escalate and resolve critical issues around capacity or supplier constraints
* Oversee supply chain operations including warehouse and dispatch
* Support continuous improvement, people development and quality collaboration
What Your Background Should Look Like
* Extensive experience in supply chain optimisation and planning (8+ years)
* Proven people leader with 5+ years managing teams of 10–15
* Strong background in aerospace manufacturing
* Expertise in high mix, low volume environments
* Skilled in long‑term capacity planning and data‑driven decision making
* SAP ERP experience is essential
* Experience purchasing across a global supply base
* Familiarity with warehouse and dispatch operations
* Confident leading teams through complex operational challenges
