Key Responsibilities
* Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines.
* Following Set Processes and Procedures.
* Flexible Approach to Various Manual and Technical Tasks.
* Operating a variety of Production Machinery.
* Loading and unloading production machinery – various manual tasks.
* All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift.
* Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment at the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in production or a similar environment
* Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.
* Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.
* A willingness to learn.
* Basic mathematics skills
* Basic literacy skills
