Key Responsibilities
* Lead health, safety, and compliance across all maintenance activities.
* Manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring competency, training, and strong performance.
* Oversee PPM, reactive, and emergency works, ensuring SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
* Manage subcontractors, control of works, permits, and site inspections.
* Ensure all maintenance activity is accurately recorded on the CAFM system (M5K), including reports, recommendations, and WebQuotes.
* Control costs, manage budgets, and negotiate best value with suppliers.
* Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate on‑call rotas and support asset and engineering teams as required.
About You
* Time‑served Mechanical / HVAC engineer
* Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance or FM environment.
* Strong knowledge of plant, building services, and maintenance operations.
* Confident with CAFM systems and compliance‑led working.
* Professional, proactive, and client‑focused.
