Our client is currently seeking a Media Performance Manager to execute media planning, buying, and optimization across both lead generation and awareness channels for their Delivery Service Partner program across Europe (role based in London). This position requires strong skills in all areas of paid marketing, including media planning, buying, optimization, internal and vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
As a media performance manager, you are expected to leverage your media agency experience to bring media campaigns to life across digital channels like LinkedIn, Google, Programmatic, and explore other non-digital channels such as print, OOH, and others as you see fit. You will use internal and industry data to recommend and execute paid marketing plans across digital performance channels (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, programmatic) that delight customers, drive awareness, traffic to our website, and conversions.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end paid marketing execution for performance channels - Partner with field marketers, martech, creative agencies, and client central channel teams to optimize campaigns and deliver efficiency gains.
2. Monitor and analyze paid media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, maximize audience engagement, and develop new metrics to demonstrate the value and business impact of our media tactics.
3. Report on paid marketing efficacy (scale and efficiency) based on the media mix, conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed goals, and report on progress to goals with senior leadership.
4. Identify opportunities for paid marketing automation and partner with publishers/vendors to explore new approaches to deliver on our business goals. Be comfortable with change, embrace the opportunity to wear many hats, and enjoy solving hard problems quickly.
