Working closely with all departments, especially Housekeeping, to ensure the best service around our hotel. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel is beneficial but not essential. ONC /HNC or City & Guilds Building Services qualifications Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering qualifications Experience within Building services & controls Knowledge of BMS controls, heating & air conditioning equipment and the general functioning of equipment such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and TV controls Knowledge of Health & Safety and Risk assessments AMRT1_UKCT
