Role Purpose
To repair and service dental handpieces to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process. The role requires effective workload management, communication with customers, and collaboration with internal teams to support a 24-hour repair turnaround commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical
* Assess, repair, and provide quotations for dental handpieces.
* Ensure all repairs meet required quality standards.
* Maintain accurate job sheets and documentation.
* Develop a thorough working knowledge of dental handpieces and their uses.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding work.
Customer Service
1. Communicate with customers regarding repair progress, costs, and queries.
