What You’ll Be Doing
13. Managing your own portfolio of individuals, HNWIs, landlords, sole traders, and more
14. Preparing personal tax returns accurately and efficiently in a high‑volume environment
15. Providing expert tax advice on CGT, residency, foreign income, buy‑to‑let, and other advisory areas
16. Acting as a trusted advisor, liaising with clients and HMRC
17. Handling tax enquiries and resolving client queries with confidence
What We’re Looking For
18. Minimum two years’ experience in a personal tax role within practice
19. Strong understanding of UK personal tax compliance
20. Exposure to advisory areas such as CGT, BTL, EMI shares, and sole traders
21. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
22. Commercial awareness and a client‑first mindset
23. Proficiency with tax software (ideally IRIS) and Microsoft Office
Preferred (Not Essential)
24. ATT qualified or part‑qualified (CTA also welcomed)
25. Experience with Trusts
26. Experience mentoring junior colleagues
27. Experience valued over formal qualifications — talent and capability matter most
