Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include: Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions. Performing bank reconciliations and supporting financial reporting. Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes. Communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Providing general administrative support to the finance team. Maintaining accurate up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the accounting system. Processing weekly timesheets. The successful Finance Assistant will require: Previous experience in a finance or accounts role or currently studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
