Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Trainee Estimator / Contracts Manager with some experience in commercial flooring. Job Details / Requirements: Duties of this role include, but are not limited to: Manage projects from tender stage through to completion. Ensure successful planning, coordination and delivery of materials across all sites. Estimating for Commercial Flooring Projects. Surveying Sites ahead of preparing accurate Estimates. Manage Installation teams on site. Issuing quotations and liaising with the client to follow up and secure business. IT Literate.
