Main role of Payroll Clerk The Payroll Officer will manage the complete payroll lifecycle, offering support to the HR & Payroll Assistant and the wider team. Accurate calculation of all pay calculations and deductions. Ensuring Year-End procedures are run accurately and on time. Responsible for the uploading of BACS payments in a timely manner. Reviewing the posting of monthly payroll journals. Resolving any payroll issues, resolving discrepancies and implementing solutions whenever possible.
