Pay rate: £13.50 per hour ( Weekly pay)Shift Pattern: Full time – Need to be flexible. Requirements: Previous experience with Autism and Mental Health and a full UK driver’s license are both preferred but not essential. We are looking for enthusiastic staff to work with a young person with autism and Mental Health in their family home on a Part–Time basis. If you are patient, empathetic, reliable, flexible, engaging and looking for a role that truly makes a difference to someone else's life then we would like to hear from you. You will need to have the ability to remain positive, on difficult and challenging days.

* Assist with all aspects of daily living and have the ability to help someone build everyday life skills. (Cooking, cleaning, shopping and planning)
* Helping to plan and organise leisure opportunities such as seeing favourite bands, walking, places of interest etc.
* Watching DVDs with them and joining in with specific interests. (You will need to be willing to learn about these)
