Key Account Manager
to support one of our key industrial clients based in the
Gateshead

Responsibilities:
Shift Coordination:
* Coordinate and manage the scheduling of temporary industrial workers to meet the client's production and operational demands.
* Ensure timely and accurate placements aligned with client requirements, shift patterns, and productivity targets.
Candidate Management:
* Maintain up-to-date records of workers, ensuring all documentation meets compliance, safety, and legal standards.
* Support onboarding and induction processes to prepare workers for site-specific requirements.
Account Management:
* Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client, gaining an in-depth understanding of their evolving staffing needs.
* Work collaboratively with the client to forecast labour demand, manage peaks, and resolve any staffing challenges efficiently.
Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact between JAYCO, the client, and temporary workers.
* Communicate shift details, updates, and expectations clearly to all parties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Compliance:
* Ensure full compliance with employment regulations, health and safety guidelines, and client-specific policies.
* Monitor and adapt to changes in industrial legislation and best practices, updating internal procedures as required.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in industrial recruitment or staffing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic operational requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with both clients and temporary staff.
* Good understanding of workforce management.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
