About the Role
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic holiday. Your responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.
* Delivering exceptional service to guests during their stay.
* Providing insights about our amazing offerings and the local area.
* Using your empathy and problem-solving skills to assist guests when things don’t go as planned.
* Logging feedback and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Facilitating a smooth check-in experience and engaging with guests face-to-face.
Live-in accommodation is available for these roles, making it easier for you to immerse yourself in the Butlin's experience!
