Experienced Teaching Assistant Location: NP44 Contract Type: Full Time Pay: £89.38 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP or January Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in the NP44 area. We are looking for someone with strong behaviour management capabilities and experience working with pupils who have additional learning or behavioural needs. About the Role: Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with ALN/SEN or behavioural needs. Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques. Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety and emotional regulation needs. Work collaboratively with teachers and inclusion staff to deliver tailored support. Help create a stable, structured and positive classroom environment. Requirements: Experience supporting children with additional or behavioural needs. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills. Resilient, patient and confident working in challenging situations. Ability to build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils. A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply. Training such as Team Teach, Autism Awareness or similar is desirable. What We Offer: Competitive daily pay from £89.38.
