* Monday–Wednesday, Friday 08:00 – 16:00
* Thursday 08:00 – 15:30

Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient Health Records service to patients, medical and nursing staff; administer and process patient appointments for outpatient clinics, day cases and inpatient admissions accurately, ensuring confidentiality and secure storage of records.
* Deliver efficient administrative, clerical and receptionist support to facilitate effective clinical care.
* Maintain electronic and paper‑based patient record systems, ensuring information is confidential, accurate and up‑to‑date.
* Maintain patient demographic and administrative data through continual checking and updating of the patient management system.
Qualifications
* National 4 or Level 1 qualification in three subjects, including English or equivalent.
* General administration and office experience or prior clerical experience (desirable).
* Computer literacy with good keyboard skills.
* Previous reception experience (desirable).
* Prior experience of using a Patient Management System is desirable; training will be provided.
