Responsibilities
* Assemble products and components according to blueprints and instructions.
* Use hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts.
* Inspect all work for quality and adherence to specifications.
* Operate automated assembly equipment as needed.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation using 5S principles.
* Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or hands-on role.
* Strong math skills for accurate measuring and calculation.
* Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and systems.
* Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for 8-hour shifts.
* Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
* Ability to start immediately (next business day).
* Ability to pass a criminal record check.
* Ability to provide 2-3 professional references.
* Must have own required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including steel toe safety boots.
* Proven skill to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Employment Details
* Schedule:
* Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00AM to 4:30 PM - $18.50/HR
* Afternoon Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM - $19.00/HR
* Location: Bradford, Ontario
* Type: Temporary to Permanent role.
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Compensation: Weekly pay
