Pay Rates
* £12.21 per hour – Day Shift
* £14.66 per hour – 4 on 4 off Shifts (flexibility required)

⏰ Working Hours
Day Shift:
* Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
* Friday: 08:00–16:00
4 on 4 off Shifts:
* 07:00–19:00
This role will initially be working on a day shift, with flexibility required to move onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern in line with the needs of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Operating and setting coating machinery
* Monitoring product quality and machine performance
* Adjusting settings to maintain speed, consistency, and finish
* Completing basic production records and checks
* Working closely with engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth production
(Experience working with metal sheets is a strong advantage.)
