Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? At Hays Education, I'm currently working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Blackpool who are seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a strong ECT who is passionate about making a real impact in the classroom.
Your new role
As the successful Year 3 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
* Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience ideal but not essential)
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* A passion for raising pupil attainment and providing high-quality learning experiences
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
