Please note that this is a permanent, part-time role working on weekends only - both Saturdays and Sundays for 15 hours per week.

As a Weekend Receptionist at Coppice Lodge, you will be the friendly face of the care home, responsible for greeting visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community. You will handle enquiries and serve as the first point of contact, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone.

You will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintaining accurate files and working to deadlines. You should be proactive and comfortable working independently to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time.

We are looking for someone with previous receptionist experience who understands the importance of first impressions. Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner over the phone and in person are essential.
