Job Title: Art Teacher Location: Yeovil Contract: Full-Time Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 per annum (MPS/UPS) Start Date: September 2025 About the Role Our client, a well-regarded secondary school located just outside of Yeovil, is seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join their vibrant Art Department on a full-time fixed-term basis until December 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and creative environment where you will inspire students across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that encourage artistic exploration and development. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons focusing on 3D art techniques and related disciplines Engage and motivate students of varying abilities to develop their artistic skills and creativity Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback Support the wider Art curriculum development and contribute to extracurricular activities such as clubs or exhibitions Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to enhance cross-curricular learning opportunities The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching secondary school students.
