Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oswestry for an Office Administrator/Customer Service professional. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, scheduling and coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the design team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting operational efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
* Administrative skills, including scheduling, record management, and organizational abilities
* Customer service skills, such as effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar applications
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain detail-oriented
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Experience in the design or print industry is a plus
