Senior Support Worker
Hobbits Holt in Ruspidge is looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to join the team.
This is a full‑time role with days, nights, and weekend shifts.
Hours: 8 am – 8 pm, with sleep in from 8:30 pm to 10 am.
Rate: £13.10 per hour.
Hobbits Holt is located in Ruspidge, Cinderford, close to the Forest of Dean. Our home provides residential support for six people with learning disabilities in a quiet residential area with off‑road parking and no main roads.
What you’ll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents’ wellbeing. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans and undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.

What you’ll bring to the role
* Must have experience as a senior support worker or leading a team.
* NVQ Level 3 or willingness to attain the certification.
* Drivers licence or candidates who are local to the area.
