Responsibilities
* You’ll be the face of Workplace Technology, the one colleagues know they can trust, whether it’s via ITSM, Slack, or face-to-face at the Tech Bar.
* You’ll own tickets end-to-end: troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving within SLA, escalating smartly when needed.
* You’ll make onboarding/offboarding slick and secure, ensuring every joiner and leaver has a smooth experience.
* You’ll keep AV/VC running flawlessly in meeting rooms and internal events (Execs included).
* You’ll get hands-on with Macs (JAMF Pro), Windows (Intune, AD/Azure AD), M365, Slack, Atlassian, and more.
* You’ll spot opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working, pushing continual service improvement forward.
Requirements
* You’re strong on both Windows 11 and macOS in enterprise environments.
* You’ve worked with MDM (JAMF, Intune), M365, and cloud-first environments.
* You know your way around networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), security tools, and ITSM platforms.
* You’ve supported VC/AV solutions and can handle the pressure of exec-facing tech.
* Above all, you care about customer service — not just fixing issues, but improving the employee experience.
