An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Sales & Strategic Partnerships Director to join the UK leadership Exec team, where the successful individual will play a critical part in helping to shape and drive the business, ensuring it continues to thrive as a leading manufacturer in the industry.
The Role
* Reporting to the Managing Director, as Sales & Strategic Partnerships Director, you’ll drive the commercial strategy that fuels our next stage of growth. Own the sales strategy, crafting go-to-market plans and sales targets aligned to business objectives. Explore new customer segments and market opportunities.
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture key customer relationships that support sustainable growth. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation, ongoing alignment and shared success.
* Work closely with Marketing, Service, Operations, Product Development & Finance to deliver value across the customer journey. Be accountable for producing a rolling 2‑year forecast, with a forward view for a further 3 years in line with the Integrated Business Planning process.
* Lead, mentor, and support a high‑performing Sales team.
The Person
* You will be a commercially minded leader with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen. You will bring vision, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
* Proven experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development ideally within a manufacturing.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building inclusive, high‑performing teams. Excellent relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.
* A strategic thinker who can balance long‑term planning with day‑to‑day execution. Thrives in dynamic environments where change brings fresh possibilities and every challenge is an opportunity to grow and make things better for people and the planet.
