As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:
Focusing on business development and managing existing relationships
12. Negotiating contracts with clients
13. Providing ongoing customer service with existing clients and candidates
14. Working in a highly sales-driven yet friendly atmosphere
15. Using Recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
16. Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
17. Building relationships with candidates and clients
18. Researching your market
19. Negotiating
Do you offer:
20. At least 1 years’ worth of Recruitment experience
21. Client relationship building and management experience
22. Examples of attracting and placing candidates
23. Experience working to targets, deadlines and/or service agreements
The salary for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 with added commission.
