I am partnering with a top-tier global law firm that is seeking a Senior Conflicts Lawyer to join their New Business Intake team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, play a key role in shaping conflicts processes and policies, and act as a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Protect the firm from risk by managing conflicts across international and US offices.
* Review, enhance, and continuously improve the firm’s conflicts processes and policies.
* Serve as a point of escalation for complex conflicts queries.
* Lead internal investigations related to conflicts.
* Provide guidance to the Professional Claims team on potential conflicts of interest.
* Advise on conflict-related clauses in bespoke client agreements.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of technology for managing conflicts and information barriers.
* Design and deliver training on conflicts for the wider firm.
Candidate Requirements
1. Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ experience managing conflicts of interest within a law firm.
2. Strong knowledge of SRA conflicts of interest rules.
3. Experience handling conflicts under international jurisdictions is highly desirable.
4. Proven ability to deliver practical solutions in an international business environment.<...
