We're supporting a major UK retail organisation in the search for a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across the Bath and Somerset region. What you'll be doing Leading a group of store managers to deliver outstanding commercial performance. Driving operational excellence across all stores in your region. Coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams. Identifying growth opportunities and improving store profitability.
