We are Ryde House Group (established 1986); one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, through its group of homes on the Isle of Wight.
We currently have over 300 staff that are working together to deliver their quality service for people with complex needs. As Ryde House Group is continuously developing, we are looking for more caring individuals to help us to continue to deliver this exceptional standard care.
Standard cleaning responsibilities expected (vacuuming, sanitisation of toilets/washrooms, stock takes etc) and additional cleaning duties where requested.
Our ideal candidates will be familiar with safe working practices, able to maintain professional knowledge and industry practices as well as exhibit a positive disposition. Being comfortable around challenging behaviours would be advantageous but not necessary.
