You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your way.What you'll do:Prepare and cook meals in line with recipes, production schedules, and food standardsSupport the delivery of food services across patients, staff, and visitorsEnsure all food is produced safely, hygienically, and to the highest quality standardsMaintain stock control, rotation, and storage proceduresAssist with menu planning, ordering, and receiving deliveriesPrepare special dietary meals as requiredSupport meal service and ensure excellent presentation at all timesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in line with Health & Safety regulationsComplete all audit and quality documentation as requiredSupport training and supervision of junior team membersBuild strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team cultureWhat you bring:EssentialPrevious experience in a similar chef roleStrong culinary and food presentation skillsGood communication and customer service skillsFinancial awareness and understanding of stock controlCity & Guilds 706/1 & 2 (or equivalent)Level 2 Food Hygiene CertificateDesirableLevel 3 Food Hygiene CertificateDiet Cook's CertificateWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn't just a job — it's a chance to make a difference every day.
