Complexio's Foundational AI works to automate business activities by ingesting whole company data – both structured and unstructured – and making sense of it. Using proprietary models and algorithms Complexio forms a deep understanding of how humans are interacting and using it. Automation can then replicate and improve these actions independently.
Complexio is a joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo, in partnership with Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, Trans Sea Transport and BW Epic Kosan.
* Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
* Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
Requirements
* Project Execution & Delivery
o Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
o Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
o Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation
o Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs.
o Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio's AI capabilities.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
o Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.
* Stakeholder & Resource Management
o Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration.
o Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.
o Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations.
* Process & Continuous Improvement
o Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution.
o Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback.
o Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
* Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.
* Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
* Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.
