Role: FLT Operator (Counterbalance)
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21ph rising to £14.08ph (after 12 weeks)
Hours: Weekly Rotating Shift (Mornings/ Afternoons)
We’re looking for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Brierley Hill. This is a long-term position offering great stability, a supportive team, and excellent pay progression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading deliveries and raw materials
3. Supplying materials to production lines
4. Manual handling of plastic products and components
5. General warehouse and housekeeping duties
6. Working closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
Suitable candidates will have:
7. Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
8. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
9. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
10. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
11. Good teamwork and communication skills

Hours of work:
18. Mornings: Monday to Thursday- 5.40am to 1.50pm, Friday- 5.40am to 11.30am
19. Afternoons: Monday to Thursday- 1.40pm to 9.50pm, Friday- 11.20am to 5.10pm
