Job Description
* Lead sales across commercial and capital construction projects
* Build strong relationships with architects and main contractors
* Provide expert advice on product use and technical integration
* Develop clear, compliant specifications with internal support
* Manage projects from enquiry through to successful delivery
* Conduct regular UK-wide site visits to support project progress
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging
* Maintain a strong, up-to-date project pipeline through CRM
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a confident and driven sales professional with proven experience in construction consultancy or project sales, ideally working with main contractors, architects, or specifiers. You'll have a solid understanding of capital projects, construction timelines, and technical specifications, with the ability to read architectural drawings. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a self-motivated approach and willingness to travel across the UK. Knowledge of mental health or healthcare sectors is a plus but not required.
