Estate Agent Trainee

£35k OTE

Do You have a good knowledge of the Wallingford and Didcot areas? (OX10 OX11 and surrounding villages)
Are you great with people, well presented and have your own driving licence and car?
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join their Wallingford based team. As a Junior Estate Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing property listings, and assisting with property sales
Hrs of work are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and every other Saturday.
You will receive a competitive basic salary with protected earnings while you build up your pipeline. Car expenses will be paid for work-based travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities
Conducting property valuations and preparing accurate property particulars
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers and managing the sales process
Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire property transaction
Ideal Candidates will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A full UK driving license and own car
A passion for property and the real estate sector
Good IT skills and the ability to compose good business emails
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in Property sector/property sales would be a definite advantage.
