Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Preston Brook, Runcorn
Contract: Full time, temporary on-going
Salary: £12.31 per hour, paid weekly every Friday! Overtime rates apply for weekend working!
Start Date: Friday, 9th May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
* Provide detailed information about our products and services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
* Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
* Successful candidates must be comfortable and able to pass a DBS check if required.
Hours:
Working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational shift pattern, all applicants must be fully flexible to work across our opening hours listed below:
* Monday to Sunday; 8am - 6pm
* Shifts will be on a rota basis, working 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts will be for example; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm
* Weekends will be required on occasions.
Pay Rate:
* Offering £12.31 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday!
* Weekend working will be paid at time and a half, offering £18.46 per hour!
