Role/Job Title:SAP SD / Warranty Functional Consultant
Work Location:Leamington Spa, UK (Onsite)
The Role
You would be working as an SAP SD / Warranty Functional Consultant in a development project.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/VMS and Warranty
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements and stakeholder management
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
4. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
5. Design, customize, configure and test SAP SD and Warranty
6. Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions
7. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems
8. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues
9. Document functional designs, test cases and results
10. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
11. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
