The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and multilingual Digital Sales Administrator to support our automotive sector clients and digital sales operations. You'll play a key role in managing client interactions via our web portal, assisting with order placement, and supporting digital layout planning through client video calls.
This role also involves coordinating website content with developers, supporting internal sales processes, and contributing to overall client satisfaction. Based at our Bristol HQ while offering some flexibility around remote working.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and process client orders through our web-based sales portal
* Support clients with order placement, portal access, and general inquiries
* Maintain accurate documentation and digital filing systems
* Attend client video conferences to support layout planning using Revit (training provided)
* Coordinate with web developers to ensure website content is current and functional
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales team
* Assist in growing our client base and order book by delivering reliable and responsive support
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in English
* Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French or Italian (both preferred, but not required)
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
* Comfortable working in a client-facing role in a hybrid setup
Preferred (Not Essential)
* Familiarity with Revit or other design/layout software (training will be provided)
* Experience with CRM systems, digital sales platforms, or e-commerce portals
* Previous experience in the retail, automotive, furniture, or design industries
