Your Role
* Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective
* Be the primary point of contact to the stakeholders for engagements under your management
* Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing
* Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, impact assignments, create BRD's, design solutions, collaborate with various teams and multiple stakeholders.
* Work as a team or individually for the product enhancements on the deliverables.
* Proactively should run the complete flow from requirement gathering to delivery.
* Support project managers on generating status reports and analysis reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
* Extensive skill in Business Analysis with payments domain experience.
* Experience in Payments module of Core banking systems and ability to handle the complete payment life cycle in banking.
* Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes
* Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
* Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
* Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base.
