Due to unprecedented demand, we are recruiting motivated and reliable educational support workers to support pupils with SEN within mainstream primary, secondary and SEND schools.
Your new role:
* 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
* Working in collaboration with class teacher & SENCO
* Positive behaviour support
* Delivery of target interventions; speech & language, behaviours, etc
* Implementation of positive behaviour support
* Personal/intimate care requirements
What you need to succeed:
* Full “Right to Work” in the UK
* Relevant referenceable experience supporting children and young people with complex and profound needs
* An Enhanced Children’s DBS check or willingness to obtain
