The Company: Our client is a prestigious firm who is at the forefront of wealth management in Belfast. They have recently expanded and are in new premises, offering a friendly and supportive working environment. The Role: As the Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the companies success and working closely with the company director. Main responsibilities will include: Responding to client enquiries and resolving complex issues. Updating and maintaining client records. Preparing internal documents for the MD (e.g., review summaries, withdrawal forms). Assisting in client meetings and complete compliance/provider paperwork. Ensuring compliance across all MD cases. Managing the MD's diary and travel arrangements. Processing new business applications and withdrawals. Supporting the day-to-day office administration and ad hoc tasks. Depending on experience, there may be some Paraplanner duties included in the role such as: Drafting suitability reports for new business and withdrawals. Producing cashflow models for client planning. Preparing follow-up suitability reports after annual reviews.
